Claims: if there is anything wrong with your shipment, damaged, lost or else, we need to hear from you within 48 hours. Days, weeks, month later we cannot help and cannot file a claim with most carrier.
We accept online orders for wine shipping to most states, however, due to changing direct-shipping laws and regulations, the list of states that we ship to may change at any time. We will contact you by email or eventually cancel the order if your order is negatively affected by new shipping regulations. All wines are sold in California and title passes to the buyer in California. We make no representation as to the rights of anyone to import wine into any state outside of California. By placing an order, and if accepted title passes in California and you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order. If your order is not fulfilled within a normal timeframe and you reside in a state to which we may not be able to ship, it is your responsibility to inform us of your preferences regarding the delivery to hand it over to your shipping company.
Wines may be sold to persons at least 21 years old; be prepared to show a valid government picture identification card to proving that you are at least 21 years old when your wine is delivered. You act as your own shipper. GOVERNMENT WARNING: (1) According to the Surgeon General, women should not drink alcoholic beverages during pregnancy because of the risk of birth defects.(2) Consumption of alcoholic beverages impairs your ability to drive a car or operate machinery, and may cause health problems.(3) Substitutions: If one or the other wine has low or no inventory after you checked out, you agree accept a substituted product of equal or higher value and similar flavor profile from a similar or same category.(4) If you placed an order at a show you can cancel it without penalties before we ship. As soon as we ship no refunds can be given due to the fact that FDA does not allow us to resell products once it is returned to us, which is a total loss to us. (5) We refund all eligible cancellation, except for the tip. This is beyond our jurisdiction, and you will need to request a refund of the tip directly from the consultant.
